This training videolab is a collection of Google Cloud videos. This videolab will help you develop a much deeper understanding of costs, billing, exporting and viewing your billing data. These are important skills to manage costs and prevent surprises when deploying services to Google Cloud Platform.
This lab combines these videos with extra material to create a study path for Google Cloud. The goal is to learn how to use Google Cloud in an entertaining manner built with free resources.
Google Cloud Platform, offered by Google, is a suite of cloud computing services that runs on the same infrastructure that Google uses internally for its end-user products, such as Google Search and YouTube.

This is one of personal favorites. Excellent presentation on creative ways to use Google Cloud and save money.
Qwiklabs has an extremely good quest for understanding Google Cloud billing and costs. I highly recommend taking this quest. There are some items with billing that you will not see with a normal account. Plus this quest provides labs to practice with BigQuery, Data Studio and Google Sheets.
Qwiklabs requires a paid subscription. However, some of the labs are free. Create a Qwiklabs account and practice with the free hands-on labs. Qwiklabs often offers free tokens on the Qwiklabs Blog.
If you have not worked with Qwiklabs before, watch these videos for an introduction.
At Google Next '19, there were 11 sessions on Google Cloud Cost Management. Some of these sessions are introductory with other sessions diving deeper. Spend some time and watch several of these sessions. Each session is very good.
Note: This list is incomplete. As I discover a library or a good example, I will add it to this page.
If you have watched each video and practiced in the Google Cloud Console, you will have a much deeper understanding of costs, billing, exporting and viewing your billing data. You will not be surprised by how much services costs. You will know how to visualize your billing data. You will know how to forecast future costs.
